General Information

With half board:
- In winter: 5-course dinner with various main courses to choose from as well as a salad and cheese buffet. On Wednesdays we serve Fondue.
- In summer: 4-course dinner with various main courses to choose from as well as a salad and cheese buffet.
Half board – surcharge € 24 per person/day
Group arrivals accepted upon enquiry
The Bregenzerwald card is included in the price from May – October if you spend at least three nights in the hotel. With this card you have free access to the cable cars, public swimming pools and public transport.

Child discount in parents room

Children up to age 3 -> free board
From age 3 – 8 -> charge 50%
From age 8 –12 -> charge 30 %

General discounts

Half board-surcharge: € 24,00 per person/day
Single room surcharge: € 20,00 per day
Dog without food: € 15,00 per day (domestic animals are not allowed in the restaurants!)
Once off New Years Eve surcharge: € 40,00

We accept savings and credit cards. Jurisdiction Bezau. Applying to the rules of the general hotel regulations, changes are reserved.

Bookings & Cancellation

Please note that bookings are binding agreements and that in case of premature departure we are obligated to charge for the entire stay. This applies to the regulations of the ÖHV (Austrian hotel association).

Cancellation is free up to 1 month before the booking date. From 1 month to 14 days pre to the booking date a cancellation fee of 40% will be charged. From 14 to 7 days pre to the booking date 70% will be charged. Cancellation within one week before arrival is met with a 90% charge of the initial booking fee.

If you have any questions regarding travel withdrawal insurance, we recommend contacting our insurance partner “Die Europäische Reiseversicherung” (The European travel insurance).
