  • The weekend Price is charged on public holidays as well as bridge days

Our reception team is available for telephonic enquiries and reservations from 8 am to 8 pm.

Bookings and cancellations

Please note that bookings are binding agreements and that in case of premature departure we are obligated to charge for the entire stay. This applies to the ÖHV (Austrian hotel association) regulations.

Cancellation is free up to 1 month before the booking date. From 1 month to 14 days pre to the booking date a cancellation fee of 40% will be charged. From 14 to 7 days pre to the booking date 70% will be charged. Cancellation within one week before arrival is met with a 90% charge of the initial booking fee.

European Travel Insurance

If you have any questions regarding travel withdrawal insurance, we recommend contacting our insurance partner “Die Europäische Reiseversicherung” (The European travel insurance).

Buchung & Stornierung

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Buchungen verbindlich sind und wir auch bei vorzeitiger Abreise den vollen Rechnungsbetrag in Rechnung stellen. Es gilt das Reglement des ÖHV.

Bis 1 Monat vor Anreise könne Sie kostenlos stornieren. Ab 1 Monat bis 14 Tage beträgt die Stornogebühr 40 % des Buchungspreises. Ab 14 Tagen bis zu 7 Tagen beträgt die Stornogebühr 70 % des Buchungspreises. Bei einer Absage innerhalb der letzten Woche vor Anreise stellen wir Ihnen 90 % des Buchungspreises in Rechnung.
