Booking & Cancellation Information

All bookings are binding according to ÖHV regulations, but you can cancel free of charge up to one month before your arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 70% of the booking price will be charged. For cancellations in the week before your arrival, we have to charge 90% of the booking price.

Just in case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. 

The local tax of € 2.50 per adult and day is already included in our prices. Only on New Year's Eve is a surcharge of € 40,- to be expected.

Yes, dogs are welcome. However, out of consideration for the other guests, dogs are not allowed in the wellness and culinary areas. We charge € 17,- per dog and night.

The gourmet breakfast buffet is included in our half-board price. If you would like to do without it, the summer price is reduced by € 20 per person per night, the winter price by € 22 per person per night.

Of course. The single room supplement is € 20,- per night.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. Up to the age of 8 they only pay 50 % of the price and up to the age of 12 we give them a 30 % discount.

There is an underground car park at the community centre, about 70 m from the hotel. We will be happy to reserve a parking space for you for € 10,- per night.
