For stays of three nights or more between May and October, you get the Bregenzerwald Guest Card for free. It is your entry ticket to many attractions, swimming pools and mountain railways.

You will receive the Guest Card either before your arrival by email or at check-in on site. The required data (name, date of birth, e-mail address) will be passed on to the CardSystem. If you do not wish this to happen and do not wish to receive the Guest Card, please let us know in advance.

The Digital Guest Card is free of charge for you and can be printed out at home. We charge EUR 0.10 per card for printing on site.

The times are available at reception 

Dogs are welcome for a small surcharge of € 17,- per night and on request. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and sauna area.

The sauna is located in the basement and is open daily in winter from 2.30 pm to 7 pm, in summer only on request one hour in advance.

• To reach an outside line, dial "0", wait for the dial tone and then dial the desired number with the corresponding country code.

• The call costs are automatically recorded and added to the hotel bill.

• For an internal call from room to room, dial the relevant room number.

• You can reach the Rogelböck family on extension 35 and the reception on extension 9.

Our table tennis room is located in the basement. Rackets and balls are available.

You can be woken up via our telephone system. To program the time, proceed as follows:

Dial 55 and enter the desired alarm time in four-digit format (e.g. *550715 for 7:15 a.m.)

The entry is confirmed by two short beeps.

The programmed alarm time is only valid once and must be reprogrammed every evening if necessary. To delete the selected alarm time, dial the following key combination: #55 (here too you will hear two short beeps to confirm)
